Seoul's "Plastic 0" Challenge

The 'ban on the use of disposable products', which has been suspended for a while since COVID-19, will be implemented again in cafes and bakeries from April.
Also, the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that it will carry out a zero-waist project in earnest to reduce the use of disposable products.

Although it is a plastic developed for the convenience of mankind, I think we should make little concessions from now on for coexistence with the Earth.
Around Blue takes the lead every day to ease the inconvenience of consumers.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on the 24th that it will push for a "zero-waist" project to reduce the use of disposable products in line with the complete ban on the use of disposable products at cafes and bakeries starting next month. The plan is to carry out a "zero-waist campus" project to reduce household waste in universities and to reduce carbon emissions in daily life by deploying 600 unmanned multi-use cup collectors throughout Seoul.

Last year, the Ministry of Environment temporarily allowed the use of disposable products in stores in the food service sector for fear of the spread of COVID-19. However, such measures will be terminated from April, banning the use of disposable cups at cafes and bakeries. Starting in November, the use of plastic bags will be banned at convenience stores and confectionery stores, and plastic cheering supplies will not be seen at sports facilities.
