With the help of a customer, I tried DESTS on the own mold of a domestic H-mo brand, but there are some very pretty ones!!

It is not currently applied because it needs further optimization, but the first cosmetic container with CLC material from the H brand is expected to be released soon.

I implemented it with two types of CLC wood flour and corn starch.

​ Even without any post-processing, I just like it as it is!!

Breaking the seal of health food containers!

This cute looking kid is a portable health food container.

Finally, the first CLC own mold was born!!

Based on the existing test mug, the size is slightly larger.  

​ Boss, drink 500 and go~ ^,~

So I pulled out a rice bowl!!! ^^

​ Isn't the color implementation so Korean and pretty?

This is a 500ml mug.

​ It is a material that gives more fluidity and water resistance to the existing CLC, and the natural color looks like real wood.

Last time, I put the name of Around Blue on the mug.

​ What we didn't expect is that the colors look different when laser embossed by material grade. Gold, silver, and so on, it has a natural look!!

Finally a mug appeared!!

Now Chimaek is with CLC~~

It feels so soft and nice in the mouth!! Steamed!!

And it's a secret,

Bubbles, bubbles,,,,, it doesn't go away~~!! hey~~

I don't think I could show you the cornstarch-based CLC material properly, so I'll show you in one shot.

​ White is the base color with no added color, and the two below are children who have been colored with inorganic pigments that I showed you earlier. :)

I tried color realization by adding a little inorganic pigment (pigment extracted from nature) to the CLC material.  

​ Although the color implementation of the wood flour base material and the corn starch base material is different, both show a unique color implementation as if the colors were dyed with Korean paper.

CLC materials are gradually evolving.

A new corn starch-based material has been developed from the existing wood flour-based material. I did post-processing, but this is an art of color realization~~!!

At first, CLC material was difficult to post-processing due to the characteristics of the material... However, the difficulty was overcome and the post-processing function was added!!! It's pretty~~!!

Now there is nothing to be afraid of. Breaking the seal to the facts!!

​ I'm trying to apply the colors little by little, so it will look even prettier soon.

A plastic cup used for general purpose was injected with our CLC material. How can you turn a tree into a cup so easily!!!

This is the first injection product while developing CLC material.  It's our first time, so there are some shortcomings because the injection conditions are not optimized, but we were still impressed with the first injection finished product.  

At first glance, it may seem like a simple product, but it was successful with wood injection!!
